Role Overview
This position involves delivering senior-level administrative and executive assistance to leadership. The role supports efficient scheduling, clear communication with internal and external parties, and well-maintained records and documentation. It suits a highly organized, proactive professional who can handle several priorities at once, safeguard sensitive information, and help maintain smooth operations in a demanding financial setting.
Shortlisting Criteria
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Executive Secretariat, English Language, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or comparable administrative role is required, with preference for candidates from financial services or financial companies.
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Arabic language skills, written and spoken, are highly desirable.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
- The candidate should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid planning, coordination, organization, and time-management skills are necessary.
- The role calls for the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines in a busy corporate environment.
- Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders are important.
