Overview
This role involves providing essential support to senior bankers within the Asset & Wealth Management division. You will be entirely trusted to organize and handle your stakeholders' schedules and daily needs, prioritizing proactively to enable bankers to effectively meet client demands. Operating with minimal supervision, you will apply your keen attention to detail to address the group's requirements. Collaboration with fellow Executive Assistants is vital, including providing support coverage during absences and holidays.
Core Duties
- Execute advanced and anticipatory diary management, promptly arranging client meetings and fully integrating into business priorities and leadership expectations.
- Oversee complex, high-volume email correspondence, coordinate meetings and conference calls, and manage logistics for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transport.
- Act as a client-facing delegate, managing communications with clients and senior company leaders.
- Handle elaborate travel plans, accommodate frequent itinerary changes, and prepare precise schedules.
- Manage expense submissions through the Concur system.
- Carry out general administrative tasks like room reservations, filing, and photocopying.
- Work closely with other assistants to ensure continuous coverage during absences.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Strong follow-up capabilities to anticipate and manage future requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Robust technical aptitude combined with a strict respect for confidentiality.
- Fluency in both English and German languages.

- Background in Financial Services is advantageous.
