The organization helps people achieve their personal goals and enjoy an inclusive, accessible life. Headquartered in Wagga Wagga, Kurrajong operates throughout the Riverina Murray region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Employment Preparation Support Worker to join our Employment Preparation Team based in Wagga Wagga. This full-time role follows a Monday to Friday weekday schedule during business hours, providing stable and predictable work hours. The role focuses on assisting people with disability to develop job-related skills, build confidence, and progress toward meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Youth Employment courses and training programs.
- Support employees in Commercial Enterprise activities linked to the Employment Preparation service.
- Provide placement assistance for Youth Employment participants.
- Identify and arrange voluntary work placements to support Youth Employment goals.
- Create and maintain individual employment goals and action plans for participants.
- Maintain consistent communication with families to update them on participants' progress.

Additional Requirements
