Employee Textile Care / Tailor (f/m/d)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Employee Textile Care / Tailor to join the operations team at the Leipzig warehouse in Saxony, Germany. This position supports the handling, care, and quality control of premium fashion products in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform small-scale cleaning and repair work on high-end items.
• Operate textile-care tools and equipment on a daily basis, including an ironing table and sewing machine.
• Use textile care products as part of the regular workflow.
• Inspect premium products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out minor sewing and tailoring assignments.
• Support warehouse activities such as order picking, storing incoming goods, and inventory checks.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in textile handling, cleaning, or textile repair is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with textile care products is expected.
• You should work well independently, remain flexible, and contribute positively in a team setting.

• Good command of either English or German is needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision and the Windows environment is an advantage.
• You should be comfortable working shifts, including an early shift from 5:30 am to 2:20 pm and a late shift from 2:25 pm to 11:15 pm.
