About Fairmont The Palm

Situated on Dubai's iconic Palm Jumeirah Island, Fairmont The Palm is a luxury resort offering 391 guest rooms and suites, including exclusive Fairmont Gold rooms and lounge. Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and assist them by opening doors when entering or exiting vehicles, with particular care for children, the elderly, and disabled guests.
  • Guide guests on vehicle parking protocols and direct valet drivers as needed.
  • Review daily event sheets with the Bell Captain to stay updated on guests and hotel activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, current promotions, and local events to provide accurate guest information.
  • Assist Valet Parkers by issuing valet tickets efficiently.
  • Manage traffic flow in hotel driveway areas, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Collaborate with security staff to enforce safety regulations strictly.
  • Promptly and professionally handle guests’ luggage using proper and safe techniques.
  • Fill in for Bellmen duties when required, including retrieving and loading guest belongings from various vehicles and transporting luggage to the lobby using bell carts.
  • Ensure all luggage is accurately loaded and unloaded from vehicles with confirmation from guests before allowing vehicles to depart.
  • Positively address guest inquiries and requests.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Manage Lost & Found items appropriately.
