Overview

The Director of Program Management & Continuous Improvement leads TaylorMade Golf Company's Global Programs function, driving operational enhancements across worldwide operations. This role involves establishing a unified framework for managing global initiatives, supervising a group of Program Managers and Continuous Improvement Analysts, and collaborating closely with regional leaders to align projects with shifting business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the prioritization and maintenance of the global project portfolio managed by the Project & Program Management team.
  • Ensure cost control, scheduling adherence, and performance metrics for company-wide programs and their major components.
