Role Overview
The Director of Merchandise will be the person driving Memoir’s merchandising arm into a major source of revenue and a stronger extension of its immersive event experiences. This position oversees the complete merchandise journey, from idea development and assortment planning to sourcing, pricing, on-site operations, and post-event performance review.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build systems, guide field teams, and make merchandise an integrated part of the show rather than a secondary function.
