Job Overview

This position requires the candidate to reside in Texas or Oklahoma and demands substantial expertise with Opus and MAS software. Under limited supervision, the Data Specialist II is tasked with collecting and entering daily operational data accurately to be reviewed by the Operations Analyst by the conclusion of each workday.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage daily with drivers via specified communication channels to address any missing time clock entries.
Verify all driver and helper details including check-in/check-out times, OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS data.
Authenticate Next Day Optimization (NDO) information.
Handle cases and ensure customer tickets are confirmed and closed on a daily basis.
Support data gathering and preparation of reports necessary for incentive pay initiatives.
Perform landfill reconciliations, area disposal reports, and update MAS accounts as needed.
Collaborate with the Business Manager to maintain accurate data and site documentation.
Provide mentorship to Data Specialist I employees when required.

Qualifications

Must hold a High School Diploma from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a data analyst capacity.
Preferred proficiency with Opus and MAS software.
