Mindrift brings subject-matter experts into project-based AI work for major technology companies. The focus is on evaluating, testing, and refining AI systems. This is not a permanent job; participation happens on a project-by-project basis.

What You May Work On

  • Develop and assess scenarios around fee questions and statement clarifications, including checking whether fee amounts align with published schedules and separating genuine fraud reports from descriptor-mapping queries.
  • Create autopay and payment-setup cases that include common traps such as the wrong recipient, insufficient-funds rules, an incorrect draft date, or skipped confirmation steps.
  • Prepare card-replacement and fraud-claim scenarios that test how quickly card blocking is escalated, whether fraud signals are recognized, whether intake details are captured correctly, and whether matters are handed off cleanly to the disputes team.
  • Write account-closure scenarios that examine retention-offer eligibility, checks on pending transactions, and correct refusal of offers for customers who do not qualify.
  • Evaluate answers for both accuracy and communication quality, including empathy in stressful situations, the right tone for voice or chat, and clear explanations without making unrealistic promises.
