Job Overview
GSM Xanh, a Vietnam-based electric vehicle mobility startup operating under Vingroup, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their Gurugram office team. The role involves working six days a week at the office with rotational shifts. Please note that no transport or cab facilities will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries effectively.
- Promptly and professionally handle customer emails and chat communications.
- Deliver correct and comprehensive information about company products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions within company systems.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and timely responses.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 1 to 5 years of experience in customer support, call centers, or helpdesk roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in providing support through voice calls, emails, and chat platforms is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
