About the Role
This role is centered on delivering strong service to both internal teams and external customers. The goal is to provide accurate, efficient support and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Duties
- Act as an initial contact for customer questions received by phone or email.
- Enter and manage orders in the ERP platform.
- Track orders through completion and maintain customer follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to resolve issues and support customer requests.
- Handle complaints or service concerns and communicate updates back to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system.
- Take on other tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are important.
- The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail.
- Must work well as part of a team.
- Should be comfortable solving problems independently.
- Ability to adjust quickly to new situations and perform with limited supervision is needed.
- Good computer skills, fast keyboarding, and comfort using ERP systems are required.
