Role Overview
Access Forex is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to join its Operations team in Zvishavane, Zimbabwe. The role focuses on handling customer transactions with precision, supporting sales efforts, and providing a high standard of service to clients.
What You Will Do
- Handle remittance-related transactions carefully and efficiently.
- Present the company’s offerings and partner services to help grow sales and attract more customers.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Guide customers on available products, services, and digital self-service options.
- Review market trends and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
