Role overview

The Compliance Director will shape and run the organization’s compliance structure, making sure internal practices align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This position also helps build a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and risk awareness while supporting broader business goals.

Core responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage compliance policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline is required, while a master’s degree is an added advantage. The role calls for 10–15 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal, or governance work, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
