This role is a good fit for people with backgrounds in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare, and it is also open to applicants without a healthcare background.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with assigned instrumental activities of daily living.
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement through conversation and recreational engagement.
• Help with home tasks such as preparing meals and keeping the living space tidy.

• Openness to learning new skills to better support clients.
• Prior experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is an advantage.
