Role Overview

The Co-Founder will assume a pivotal leadership position within Aurumaxis Labs, influencing strategic plans, organizational growth, and company culture. This role requires full-time, on-site commitment in Dubai and entails working closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to set the corporate roadmap and design scalable AI-driven software products. Daily tasks include identifying new business prospects, leading client engagements, refining market positioning, overseeing go-to-market strategies, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and fostering partnerships to broaden company reach. The Co-Founder will also establish performance benchmarks, direct execution efforts, and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities for market analysis, strategy development, data interpretation, and sound business decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams, conveying complex concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Proven sales skills, including leading client acquisition efforts, managing key accounts, and negotiating beneficial contracts.
• Marketing expertise to influence brand positioning, execute go-to-market strategies, and generate demand for AI-focused products and services.
• Research proficiency in exploring emerging AI technologies, analyzing competitive environments, and validating new offerings.
• Prior leadership or founding experience in technology or software sectors is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, software development processes, or digital product management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, startup environments with strong ownership over results.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
