About the Opportunity

Pinnacle, which operates within The Pennant Group family, is looking for entrepreneurial leaders who have a track record of building strong teams and who are enthusiastic about the senior living sector. This full-time, salaried training path is meant to prepare high-potential leaders for future leadership of an assisted living, independent living, or memory care community.

The CEO-in-Training program usually runs for 3 to 6 months, although the exact length depends on your experience and background. Successful participants may move into leadership of an existing community or a future acquisition, with ongoing mentoring and operational backing from experienced partners.

During the program, you will receive practical exposure to operations, clinical care, and business management while learning directly from an experienced Executive Director/CEO.
