Role Overview

Whiplash Production seeks an experienced Business Development Specialist to spearhead its expansion in Saudi Arabia. This senior position demands a strong network and extensive industry knowledge in the advertising, production, media, and post-production sectors of KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop new business opportunities by generating qualified leads.
• Convert existing industry relationships into active client partnerships.
• Maintain and grow a robust pipeline comprising agencies, brands, and production projects.
• Foster sustained client engagements and long-term relationships.
• Provide strategic market analysis and detect emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Producers, and creative teams to align business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 5 to 8 years of business development or sales experience within KSA.
• Maintains a strong, pre-established network encompassing agencies, production houses, brands, and marketing teams.
• Proven capacity to generate revenue streams and successfully close deals.
• Deep understanding of post-production and creative service industries.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of independently establishing and growing business operations from scratch.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
