About Nexus Sports Ventures

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Partnerships Manager to propel the next phase of our growth. This key position focuses on expanding revenue by cultivating strategic partnerships, spearheading business development and enrollment efforts, and refining commercial strategies. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role involves cross-functional collaboration to establish new partnerships with schools and community groups, assess marketing effectiveness, enhance customer retention, and uncover new growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge new collaborations with schools, preschools, PTAs, parks and recreation departments, camps, soccer clubs, and other community entities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Strengthen and expand current partner relationships.
  • Serve as a representative of Nexus Sports Ventures within the local community.
  • Contribute to revenue growth for Soccer Stars, Amazing Athletes, and Karate Zoo programs.
  • Design initiatives aimed at boosting enrollment, enhancing retention, and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze pricing strategies, promotions, and overall business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate on the creation and evaluation of seasonal marketing campaigns and enrollment plans.
  • Provide recommendations based on campaign data to improve outcomes.
  • Support efforts in customer retention, referrals, and re-enrollment drives.
  • Partner with the President & CEO on strategic projects and growth initiatives.
  • Enhance CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and commercial operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, consulting, strategy, marketing, or commercial operations.
