Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. This role is particularly suited for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience aiming to grow a career in sales, lead generation, and business expansion.
Key Duties
- Perform research to locate and target potential leads, mainly OPT and STEM OPT students, using LinkedIn and similar platforms.
- Create and oversee lead databases applying LinkedIn tools and established best practices.
- Engage prospects by sending personalized messages through LinkedIn.
- Maintain records of lead generation tasks and results, and provide regular reports.
- Keep up with evolving industry trends and innovative LinkedIn tactics.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines is preferred but not essential.
- Experience ranging from none to three years in business development, sales, or lead generation roles.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn’s professional networking capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Capable of working autonomously or collaborating within a team.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges between 18000 and 50000 INR.
