Role Overview

This position is for a Business Development Executive focused on client growth for a clinical research organization. The role combines outreach, relationship-building, market development, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and prospecting.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold emails and structured follow-ups.
• Support business development and sales efforts to expand the client base.
• Represent the company at expos, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Carry out market research and contribute to strategy planning.
• Work closely with internal teams and maintain clear documentation.
