About the Role
Join a well-established and profitable global company in the travel and experiences industry currently undergoing its largest transformation phase. This role involves working within a dedicated Transformation team focused on connecting consumers, clients, and partners across a multifaceted global network.
This position offers diverse exposure as you will rotate across various business units, gaining extensive insight into the workings of a global enterprise. If you enjoy variety, managing uncertainty, and impacting operational effectiveness, this opportunity is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements collection via workshops and interviews with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams illustrating current versus future states.
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices and other essential project documentation.
- Facilitate solution design by serving as a liaison between business units and technology teams.
- Assist with change management efforts including evaluating change impacts and supporting training initiatives.
- Support project management by contributing to planning, reporting progress, and identifying risks and dependencies.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships internally, with external parties, and third-party vendors.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of three to five years' experience in a Business Analyst role, especially involving large transformation programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental BA tasks such as requirements gathering, process modeling, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholders.
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
- Capability to produce diverse documentation including requirements specifications, functional specs, and traceability matrices.
- Skilled in process mapping tools like Visio and data analytics applications such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong communication skills enabling relationship-building at all organizational tiers and comfort with ambiguity.
