• Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Enjoy collaborating as part of a team and embracing new learning opportunities, such as mastering new beverage recipes.
• Remain composed and effective in busy, energetic store settings.
