About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join Cremeborne Private Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing a variety of beverages including coffee, shakes, and mocktails, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. This role involves interacting with customers by taking orders and offering menu recommendations, managing beverage equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages such as coffee, shakes, and mocktails following established recipes.
- Ensure every drink maintains superior taste, quality, and attractive presentation.
- Engage with customers by taking their orders and providing helpful menu suggestions.
- Operate and upkeep coffee machines and related beverage preparation equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area at all times.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of beverage ingredients to avoid shortages.
- Assist with counter and outlet operations as needed.
- Comply fully with company SOPs and uphold stringent food safety protocols.
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service consistently.
