Role Overview
As the Availability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers find what they want easily and leave satisfied. This position focuses on presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery efforts, all completed during periods that minimize disruption to customers. You will lead and motivate the Nightfill team, driving high standards in merchandising, adherence to planograms, and overall store presentation, while fostering a safe and positive work environment.
Work Schedule
The role operates Tuesday to Saturday from 2:30pm until midnight.
Qualifications and Experience
We seek candidates with proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with computers. Experience in retail, particularly in stock management, merchandising, recovery, and presentation, is highly advantageous. A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive attitude are essential for success.
Additional Details
A forklift license is preferred but not mandatory. Working at The Warehouse is fast-paced and dynamic, presenting unique challenges daily. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your retail management career.
