Architect (Dipl.-Ing/Master/Bachelor) specializing in BIM and Model-Based Planning (m/f/d)

Overview

This role involves participating in both conventional and innovative digital architectural design processes with a focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM). The projects executed are characterized by high design quality and an emphasis on ecological sustainability, encompassing buildings such as administration offices, industrial facilities, banks, medical technology centers, schools, kindergartens, and cultural institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement BIM-based and traditional CAD planning methodologies.
• Manage all phases of structural planning from design through approval to execution.
• Coordinate efforts closely with specialist planners, construction companies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and ensure organized digital planning documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree or an equivalent qualification in architecture or a related field.
• Preferably between three and five years of professional experience.
• Proficient and confident in using CAD and BIM software applications.
• Capable of working independently with a systematic approach while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
