Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers during their vehicle service experience.
• Coordinate closely with the workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Book vehicles for service, maintenance, and repairs efficiently.
• Clearly communicate repair needs and service suggestions to customers.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs.
• Prepare necessary service paperwork, invoices, and oversee vehicle handovers.
• Assist in warranty and service-related administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clientele.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry roles such as Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
• Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional demeanor and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Experience within a dealership environment is an advantage.
