Key duties

• Review and process contractor invoices, then reconcile timesheets to make sure all records match approved documentation.
• Contact labour hire suppliers to chase missing paperwork or clear up mismatched details.
• Administer company credit cards, including transaction coding, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
• Carry out regular supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any differences promptly.
• Assist with three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Provide broader accounts and administrative support, including help with reporting and month-end tasks.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep financial records accurate and processes running efficiently.
