Meltwater is hiring an Account Manager in Singapore to oversee a portfolio of SaaS customer accounts after they move over from the Client Acquisition team. The role centers on retaining customers, renewing contracts, and uncovering opportunities to expand account value over time.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in account management, ideally in software or SaaS.
  • Proven background in managing renewals, account growth, and retention.
