Role Summary

The company is seeking a diligent Account Executive to join its finance department. This position involves daily accounting duties and offers hands-on involvement in enhancing financial processes within an expanding international firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily accounting tasks including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with monthly financial close processes.
• Maintain supporting documentation for all accounting activities.
• Generate schedules required for audits and taxes.
• Support the completion of prior accounting, audit, and tax tasks.
• Contribute to optimization of finance documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide assistance on additional finance-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferably experienced with full-set accounting and familiar with audit and tax processes.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Eager to learn and participate in continuous process improvement.
