Built on the Salesforce platform, we seek an experienced AI-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our Go-To-Market team to support sales engagements and deliver bespoke demonstrations.
Role Overview
The AI Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our sales team, managing a high volume of client interactions including outreach, demonstrations, and closing deals. This person will present the value and return on investment of AI-driven autonomous agents and automation to various stakeholders, from small firms to large AmLaw 200 partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse sales pipeline involving law firms, corporate legal teams, and government bodies, focusing on upselling opportunities.
- Consult clients on integration and benefits of Litify AI and Agentforce for workflow automation and enhanced business results.
- Develop deep product expertise in the Litify platform to tailor recommendations to complex client requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic cold calling and relationship cultivation.
- Lead executive-level product demonstrations emphasizing Litify's unique solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the AI and machine learning domain, with knowledge of large language models, autonomous agents, or AI automation.
- Proven outside sales background with strong client relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to senior executives and collaborate across departments including product, sales, engineering, customer success, and marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, growth orientation, and capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and specifically Agentforce is desirable.
- Experience in legal industry sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation Details
The estimated base salary for this position is $125000 annually, complemented by a commission structure and benefits package. Salary is determined based on qualifications, experience, skillset, and internal equity considerations. Flexibility in salary ranges allows for candidates with varying experience levels.
