Position Overview
We are seeking an Academic Coordinator to be based in Jammu and surrounding areas. The role focuses on facilitating curriculum execution, overseeing academic standards, and supporting preschool centers to maintain quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions to support curriculum implementation.
- Visit centers regularly to provide operational assistance.
- Perform routine academic audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Organize orientation programs for parents and teachers.
- Maintain high-quality standards within all centers under your jurisdiction.
- Offer ongoing mentoring support for centers in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely training for teachers and Child Learning Organizers (CLOs).
- Keep centers aligned with organizational policies and norms.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in English communication.
- Familiarity with the preschool education sector.
- Knowledge of preschool franchising is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 15 days per month.
- Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum.
