Role Overview

Mayoor School of Music is searching for a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to oversee daily administrative activities. This position involves managing all aspects of student inquiries, organizing class schedules, maintaining up-to-date student records, and acting as a liaison between teachers and students. The candidate will also assist with routine office tasks and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to student phone calls and WhatsApp messages promptly.
Arrange demo lessons and regular class timetables efficiently.
Maintain accurate student data within CRM software and Google Sheets.
Facilitate coordination between teaching staff and students.
Manage fee collection follow-ups and handle necessary office paperwork.
Send official communications via email and WhatsApp.
Keep daily office records and prepare reports as required.

Candidate Requirements

Proficient communication skills in Hindi.
Basic proficiency in reading and typing English.
Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office and Google Sheets.
Dependable, punctual, motivated to learn, and a positive team player.
Open to fresh graduates or those new to this sector.

Work Schedule

The regular working hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Monday designated as the weekly day off.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
