Role Overview
Join a reputable Indian financial services firm operating as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) to spearhead two-wheeler finance sales and business growth in the Vijayawada and Rajahmundry regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee expansion and management of two-wheeler finance operations within designated territories.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with two-wheeler dealers and channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead efforts to meet monthly targets for business volume, loan disbursement, revenue generation, and profitability.
- Identify and develop relationships with new dealers to broaden market reach.
- Evaluate dealer performance metrics, sales productivity, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with credit, operations, collections, and other internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Address and resolve any issues raised by dealers or customers promptly.
- Keep tabs on competitors' activities, market trends, pricing models, and promotional schemes.
- Execute sales tactics and promotional campaigns tailored to the territory.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and operational standards.
- Generate regular business reports and relay market insights to senior management.
- Where applicable, lead and energize the field sales or channel team for optimal performance.
