About the Role and Company

As a Termite Technician, you will deliver termite treatment services safely while following company protocols and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose termite issues by understanding termite behavior to determine effective treatment plans.
- Advise customers on factors promoting termite activity and discuss necessary procedures or structural changes complementing treatment.
- Access various work sites including crawl spaces and elevated areas by climbing stairs and ladders.
- Utilize application tools, inspection equipment, hand tools, and power hammer drills efficiently.
- Work under diverse environmental conditions such as different seasonal weather and dusty or damp settings.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years customer service experience; prior termite control experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays when necessary.
- Capability to obtain and sustain necessary federal, state, and local licenses or certifications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
