Telecaller

Role Overview

Radix2 Tech Solutions is looking for a Telecaller to support customer outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities. The role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a hybrid work arrangement. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to prospective customers by phone and help identify new leads.
• Present the company’s services and solutions clearly to interested prospects.
• Follow up on leads and arrange appointments or meetings when required.
• Keep call logs and customer interaction details updated and accurate.
• Respond to customer questions and share the right information.
• Work toward daily and monthly calling goals.
• Work with internal teams to pass along qualified leads and support follow-up efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related function.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer use and CRM software.
• Ability to manage objections while building positive customer relationships.
• A self-driven, goal-focused approach to work.

Experience

Minimum experience required: 1 year.
