Role Overview
Radix2 Tech Solutions is looking for a Telecaller to support customer outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities. The role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a hybrid work arrangement. This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone and help identify new leads.
- Present the company’s services and solutions clearly to interested prospects.
- Follow up on leads and arrange appointments or meetings when required.
- Keep call logs and customer interaction details updated and accurate.
- Respond to customer questions and share the right information.
- Work toward daily and monthly calling goals.
- Work with internal teams to pass along qualified leads and support follow-up efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related function.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort with basic computer use and CRM software.
- Ability to manage objections while building positive customer relationships.
- A self-driven, goal-focused approach to work.
Experience
Minimum experience required: 1 year.
