Role Overview

The Senior Director position at CM6PASS is a part-time role based in Dubai, featuring a hybrid work model that combines onsite responsibilities with remote work flexibility. This senior leadership role encompasses strategic oversight, governance, and operational management of health sciences education programs and initiatives.

Key Duties

• Direct academic and pedagogical projects, collaborating closely with faculty and healthcare partners.
• Set and evaluate performance goals for programs to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and enforce policies, manage budgets and allocate resources with senior-level accountability.
• Maintain compliance with institutional guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members and represent CM6PASS in professional and public settings.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts, build partnerships and engage stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven leadership and strategic management expertise in complex educational or healthcare programs.
• Specialized knowledge in health sciences education, pedagogy, or curriculum development, preferably in university or clinical training environments.
• Advanced communication capabilities and experience managing stakeholders including faculty, clinical staff, and administrators.
• Strong background in governance, financial oversight, and responsible resource management.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with presence in Dubai and remote collaboration proficiency.
• Graduate degree in relevant disciplines such as health sciences, medical education, public health, or education; doctoral qualifications considered an advantage.
• Track record in research, innovation, or continuous quality improvement within health sciences education is highly desirable.
