Overview
The Sales Executive role focuses on securing new Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients through field-based sales efforts. Responsibilities include lead generation, marketing telecom products and solutions, engaging clients, attaining sales goals, fostering lasting customer connections, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SMB customers by actively conducting outdoor and field sales.
- Generate leads to build a robust sales funnel.
- Promote and sell telecommunications products, services, and tailored business solutions.
- Carry out customer meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and necessary sales documentation.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and overall business objectives.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to onboard customers and activate services.
- Maintain precise sales records and regularly update CRM systems.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with telecom regulations.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Offer after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in telecom sales, B2B sales, SMB sales, or outdoor sales preferred.
- Experience in the UAE telecom sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred.
- English language proficiency required; Arabic knowledge is a bonus.
- Educational background: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred.
