About the Role
AXN Infotech Private Limited seeks a Sales & Administrative Associate to oversee customer engagement, sales processes, and office administrative functions. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with various teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and address customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Communicate product features and advantages to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain comprehensive customer information and sales documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Manage routine administrative tasks and maintain proper paperwork.
- Assist with team collaboration and support office activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and keep accurate records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any Bachelor's degree is required.
- Open to fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Preference for candidates with over one year of experience in sales, tele-sales, customer support, or administrative roles.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in handling customers.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
