Role Overview

As a Store Manager at Choice Stores, you will be pivotal in steering the store’s success. This role demands dynamic leadership to guide and motivate your team, ensuring strong operational results and an exceptional customer experience. This position is hands-on with varied daily responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to consistently deliver superior customer service.
• Enhance store results through effective execution and insightful commercial decisions.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and daily operational discipline.
• Organize and implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns efficiently.
• Oversee all store operations including inventory management, staffing, till procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience managing retail operations, with FMCG or large retailer experience considered advantageous.
• Proactive and engaging leadership style, leading by example to inspire the team.
• Skillful in managing people, developing their abilities, and boosting team performance.
• Strong skills in communication, organizing time, and making decisive choices.
• Energetic, resilient, and genuinely passionate about retail and achieving team goals.
