Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Executive who will be responsible for handling author inquiries, guiding clients through the publication workflow, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Provide clear explanations of publication services and advise clients on journal selection.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Follow up on potential leads to convert them into confirmed clients.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient multitasking and client management skills.
• Basic understanding of research publishing is advantageous.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary between 15,000 to 18,000 INR per month plus incentives.
