Best Properties is a reputable and established real estate firm in Bangalore dedicated to delivering outstanding residential housing solutions. We seek motivated and client-focused Pre Sales Executives to enhance our sales efforts by generating and qualifying prospective buyer leads.
Job Summary
Position: Pre Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years, preferably in telecalling or telesales; prior experience in real estate is beneficial.
Educational Qualification: PUC or Graduate
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Provide clear explanations about projects, including features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Generate qualified leads and motivate customers to arrange site visits.
- Maintain ongoing follow-ups and strong communication with interested customers.
- Develop and sustain robust client relationships.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales teams to organize and verify site visit schedules.
- Respond promptly to customer questions with precise project details.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Candidate Profile
- Previous exposure to telecalling, telesales, or presales roles.
- Real estate industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Positive, customer-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Efficiency in managing inbound and outbound call processes.
- Languages preferred: English, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic sales environment.
