Role Overview

Join our dedicated Operations Engineering team focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality product delivery. This role involves applying analytical skills and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance production procedures while managing operational risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Work within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment performing complex problem-solving tasks, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, project management, continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing technical documentation. This hands-on position demands adaptability, effective collaboration across departments, and delivering practical solutions under challenging and uncertain conditions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and brings 1-2 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, some project management exposure, and a solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles are essential. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Solidworks, knowledge of measurement systems and statistical analysis, plus experience with automation, electronics, or software will be advantageous.
