Overview

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned provider of in-home care, is seeking an Operating Director to lead and expand their Sioux Falls, SD branch. This pivotal full-time role entails managing branch operations with the support of the corporate homebase and a network of peers, to deliver compassionate and quality home care for seniors. The company emphasizes empowering seniors to age with dignity in their own homes while supporting the franchise network's growth nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the branch independently, with ongoing corporate training and support.
Design and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider in the area.
Establish and nurture partnerships with referral sources including hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities.
Manage hiring, onboarding, and staffing logistics, including scheduling and ensuring continuous shift coverage.
Conduct client in-home assessments and maintain strong client relationships to guarantee satisfaction.
Oversee financial management including budgeting and profit and loss monitoring.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture, incentivizing and motivating the team to uphold high morale.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven leadership with prior experience in team management.
Track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
Able to perform autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with direct involvement in recruitment and staff supervision.
