About the Opportunity
Stylerunner invites a commercially astute, inspiring leader to oversee multiple retail locations across New Zealand. As Multi-Site Manager, you'll champion high-performing teams, enhance retail outcomes, and nurture premium customer experiences aligned with Stylerunner's wellness and style ethos.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and support Store Managers across a portfolio of Stylerunner stores nationwide to consistently exceed customer experience standards and commercial objectives.
- Mentor retail leaders, fostering their growth and capability to drive store performance.
- Manage operational areas including payroll, inventory control, shrinkage reduction, visual merchandising, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify opportunities, implement strategies, and ensure KPI achievement.
- Recruit and retain high-quality retail talent, building succession pathways for future leadership.
- Collaborate with Regional Leadership to implement strategic initiatives and uphold Stylerunner brand integrity across stores.
- Ensure health and safety standards and operational excellence are maintained throughout all locations.
- Cultivate a culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and confidence.
- Regular travel throughout New Zealand to support store operations and leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience managing multiple retail outlets or working in an Area/Multi-Site Manager capacity.
- Proven expertise in coaching and developing Store Managers to foster high team performance.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving sales growth and meeting key performance indicators.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner brand values.
- Experienced in handling payroll, stock management, shrinkage control, visual merchandising, and operational compliance across several sites.
- Excellent leadership abilities paired with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of leveraging performance data to drive actionable improvements.
- Proactive problem-solver dedicated to people development.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within New Zealand.
