Role Overview

We are seeking a Mini Bar Attendant to join Raffles & Fairmont Doha’s distinguished hospitality team. This role entails ensuring guest room mini bars are impeccably stocked, clean, and presented according to the highest hotel standards. The attendant will track consumption, update charges accurately, maintain inventory, and coordinate with multiple departments to uphold service quality and guest satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and replenish mini bar items in guest accommodations according to company standards.
• Ensure mini bar cleanliness and presentation meet strict quality requirements.
• Accurately document consumed, missing, or expired items and update related charges promptly.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and remove expired or damaged products.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and other hotel teams for mini bar management and issue reporting.
• Keep mini bar storage areas clean, organized, and well-arranged.
• Respond professionally to guest requests concerning mini bar items.
• Maintain thorough inventory records and support periodic stocktaking activities.
• Adhere to hotel hygiene, safety protocols, and service expectations rigorously.
• Protect guest privacy by respecting room access policies.
• Complete daily mini bar reports accurately and punctually.
• Assist with additional housekeeping or guest service tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in minibar service, housekeeping, room attendant roles, or similar hotel service positions.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping and service standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and inventory management.
• Good command of English for communication purposes.
• Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Respectful handling of guest belongings and confidentiality.
• Physical fitness to perform room service and stocking duties.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
