About the Role

Located at Pamela, Charlottenstraße 59 in Berlin, this full-time position includes two fixed days off weekly. Join one of Berlin's newest restaurants within the Big Mamma Group as a Kitchen Porter, where your active participation behind the scenes will support the kitchen team to keep operations seamless and efficient.

Role and Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and clean all dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment.
• Ensure clean utensils and equipment remain available throughout service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with various cleaning and operational duties.
• Properly dispose of waste while upholding stringent hygiene standards.
• Help with goods deliveries, storage management, and general kitchen arrangement as required.
• Support chefs and the wider kitchen team during busy periods to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in kitchens, restaurants, or related environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong motivation to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Good physical endurance and capacity to remain active throughout shifts.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
• Proactive hands-on approach with a team-driven mindset.
