Position Location and Hours
Based in Munich at Weißenburger Str. 2, this full-time role involves committing 38 hours per week.
About the Role
As a Runner or Service Assistant at Big Mamma, you are central to the restaurant's service team, ensuring prompt and lively delivery of food and beverages, facilitating a seamless flow of operations, and maintaining the readiness and clearing of tables. Collaboration is key, as you work hand-in-hand with both the kitchen and service staff while expanding your knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, wines, and cocktails.
Key Responsibilities
- Swiftly deliver meals and drinks to guests with enthusiasm and energy.
- Support the overall smooth operation of the restaurant service.
- Prepare and clear tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen personnel and the serving team.
- Learn about Italian culinary products, including wines and cocktails.
Candidate Profile
- A genuine motivation to work in hospitality; previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Quick, proactive, and reliable team player with a dynamic approach.
- Energetic with a readiness to engage in hands-on tasks.
- Enthusiastic about Italian food, interacting with guests, and contributing to a lively atmosphere.
