Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the activities and performance of all Kids Club Hosts.
• Design, coordinate, and supervise engaging, educational, and entertaining activities tailored for children.
• Prepare the Kids Club space and resources—including audiovisual equipment, arts and crafts materials, and reading books—ensuring readiness prior to children’s arrival.
• Stay well-informed and adhere to all emergency evacuation procedures as per resort guidelines.
• Identify and promptly report any potential health or safety risks to the Kids Club Manager.
• Effectively handle emergencies in alignment with established protocols, including security and medical situations.
• Maintain and uphold Six Senses’ operational standards and service benchmarks, consistently striving to exceed them.
• Strictly comply with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and pay attention to guest feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred background in Early Childhood Education, kindergarten, or school teaching.
• Minimum of two years experience in a comparable role within luxury hotel operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of contemporary trends in child education and development, learning story creation, and local environmental initiatives.
• Excellent command of English language.
