Role Overview
This position serves as the primary contact for clients interested in overseas education, employment, and immigration opportunities. The Inside Sales Executive will assess client goals, provide tailored advice, recommend appropriate solutions, cultivate enduring client relationships, and contribute to sales targets.
Key Duties
- Engage prospective clients via phone and follow-ups.
- Comprehend client aspirations related to careers and immigration abroad.
- Propose relevant overseas career and immigration options.
- Foster solid client relations and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Meet monthly sales objectives using consultative sales methods.
- Maintain precise CRM records and schedule timely follow-ups.
- Keep informed about current international career and immigration programs.
Prerequisites
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum two years’ experience in inside sales, business development, customer-facing sales, or B2C sales roles.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build durable relationships.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and motivated for growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

- Monthly fixed salary ranging from INR 25,000 to 45,000, commensurate with experience and interview results.

Additional Details
- Work location is in Bangalore at Whitefield and MG Road.
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
